Change of Mind and Fragrance Preference

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, DEVIOR generally follows a strict no return and no refund policy for products that have been opened, used, or unsealed because of personal fragrance preference or change of mind.

If a customer simply does not like the fragrance, changes their decision after purchase, or opens the product seal, the item will usually not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This may include opened perfumes, used products, customized items, promotional products, clearance items, or products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

Shipping charges, handling fees, or courier costs may not always be refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error on our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before shipment or dispatch confirmation. Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier service, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
